Looking at the chart you may have noticed that in addition to the new colors there is also a new way to organize them in a very fresh & current way into new "Color Collections" (vs. "Color Families").
I am so excited that my favorites are still here and now we have more fun new options to use, too!! If you are wondering about some of the colors you may be used to seeing, yes, some of the less popular colors are retiring, but the popular ones are still around & there are lots of new options.
There are also going to be five new In Colors every year (starting with the new Idea Book) and they will be around for two years! So, this summer we'll get five and next summer we'll get another five so we'll have 10 new In Colors at that point with a new five coming in every year.
For those of you wanted to check on a certain color, here are the details:
In Colors that are back (!) and now part of the Core Color Collection:
Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango (used on my card on the right), River Rock, Soft Suede, Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette, Baja Breeze, Wild Wasabi.
The five brand-spanking new Core Colors:
five new Core Colors: Daffodil Delight (a very pretty yellow), Early Espresso (a gorgeous deep brown), Cajun Craze (a very rich orange), Cherry Cobbler (red of course), and Marina Mist (a very pretty blue).

I am very excited for the new options, though I admit I will be stocking up on a few of my personal favorites that made it to the retiring list. I think it's very cool SU! is staying trendy. Imagine if we all still had bright orange and avocado green kitchen appliances?!? Eeks! I'm definitely looking forward to playing with these new choices and seeing all of the cool new accessories that will coordinate with them! How about you??
